lesson is not well learnt and in the School of Life you go back to it until the result is considered satisfactory. At times, this can be very trying for you, but inwardly you know it is necessary if you are to continue your evolution upwards. You choose how much you take on in each lifetime, and when you are eager to progress you can be very ambitious. Your Guides discuss these things with you before you incarnate and temper your ambition with caution, so that you can cope with what is planned. It is then a matter of ensuring that the Karmic opportunities come across your path, and that you are faced with that challenge.

Relationships are a key area as you might imagine, and it is no coincidence in this time that so many people are going through many marriages or partnerships. You come together for a specific purpose, and regardless of who is considered at fault for the break-up, all concerned are part of the act. It is all very serious and the aggrieved are often shattered by their experience. Indeed there is sometimes a violent reaction with fatal consequences. You are very sensitive individuals charged with strong emotions, and it is these that are at the center of the problem. You can take your vows, and in the euphoria of your new found love you are literally in Heaven, then problems arise and understandably you fight with every means you have at your disposal. How quickly love can turn to hate, and sometimes back to love again. This is a learning period that is necessary if you are ever to learn to control your negative emotions. There is also the aspect of being true and honest, and this is also a test that seems easy when all goes well, but becomes harder when relationships are breaking up. One of the most essential realisations that will come out of all of this, is that neither of you "own" the other one. Yes, try all you can to overcome difficulties, but when it is obvious that your partnership has reached the end and beyond recovery, you must let go. And here lies your greatest problem, as even when you are forced to accept the obvious conclusion, you often find yourselves unable to do it in a gracious manner. Of course your problems are compounded by having the responsibility of your children, but again sensible solutions can be found if there is a will to do so. Remember that they also joined you knowing that they would share in this lesson. Oh yes, you will say it is alright for me, and that it is not that easy to accept what are sometimes traumatic changes in your life. All I say is that these experiences are so essential to your spiritual advancement, and that they will hold you in good stead in many other ways now and in the future.

Nearly every day of your life you have brushes with other people, that could easily end in some kind of dispute or confrontation. I say that you are able to rise above the temptation to respond in a negative way. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being meek and allowing negative situations to pass you by. This does not mean that you allow an aggressor to tread all over you, you can still hold your corner, but there are ways and means of doing it that enable you to hold your head up high. You will feel all the better for having such a degree of control over your reactions, as anger and hatred actually produce toxins in your body that can make you ill. Taken to the ultimate, if you are embroiled in some problem where anger rules your life, you are also likely to suffer mental damage, and serious illness.

There is a lot going on right now that could easily bring out the worst in people, but as I often tell you, you must stay centered and be an observer rather than participate, to be on the Earth, but not in it. You can do more good by sending out your Light to anyone in a negative situation, rather than involve yourselves directly in what is going on. You have the power to transmute negative energies and this is how Lightworkers approach them.

Through everything that happens, remember that you are firstly a spiritual Being and try to live your life to your highest concept of what that means. You have help, just call on us and we shall be there with you. You have any number of personal Guides and the protection of the Angelic Kingdom. There is a great upliftment taking place, and so essential at this time if you are to progress rapidly in your preparation for Ascension. Do not fear that you will not make it; if this has been your choice then it will become your reality.

More of you than ever are grasping what fantastic times you are in, as this is no dream and what you have been promised will come to you very shortly.
